Unhooked And Waiting
Sad that this building will soon be gone; and in it's place will reside hundreds of residents in their generic cubes with little to no character, lacking that which this building emanates.
Meh, lets pave some more!
What are your thoughts? Both on the image itself and on the destruction of the areas that tell the stories of our past.

gorgeous photo dave! but sad story to go along with it... i mean, new development can be a good thing sometimes, but it is disappointing when the new is nothing to speak highly of.

well, something more thought provoking this time, to go along with a beautiful photo.
the first thing that came to mind with this was sharky's... everyone thought that after so many years of back and forth they would never sell and it would never get torn down. well the scafolding is in place and there is only a pit left where one of oakville's trademarks once stood.
